Most people with paid subscriptions will use the Autogrant feature unless there are specific AAs they want that don't come with Autogrant.
At this point I'm playing free, so here is my recommended AA path:
1. Run3 Req: L51
2. Regen3 or Metab3 Req: L51
3. MC3 Req: L55
4. Canni IV Req:L59
I'm not sure what I'll get after that, but as I figure this out, I'll post it here.
