Rank C, Requiring Tier IV Raids Visible Sets: Dedicated ___ Armor Dedicated ___ Armor is created by acquiring one of five Essences from named mobs in Tier IV zones, and combining it with a piece of Steel-Welded Ringmail, Ancient Scaled, or (vendor supplied) Armor in a ___. It is unclear if one needs to de-aug before combining. Which Essence is combined determines which Rank C armor is created. At present (9 Dec 07) it is believed that there will be small variation among the four Elemental Essence armors, with the Prismatic Essence armor being somewhat better overall.
